Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ZeroAI Lab website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional agreements signed between us. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ZeroAI Lab provides digital presence services — including website design and development, Google Business Profile setup and optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the individual proposal and agreement issued after the free consultation.

Google Maps / GBP is delivered as a setup and optimisation project with handoff — not ongoing day-to-day profile management unless explicitly scoped otherwise in writing.

Our work is limited to marketing, technical, and discoverability services. We are not a healthcare provider, clinic operator, patient broker, or referral platform.

ZeroAI Lab helps clinics, doctors, and businesses build and improve their online digital presence. We do not provide patients, referrals, or appointments, and we do not act as an intermediary between you and the public for clinical services.

Engaging ZeroAI Lab does not guarantee new patients, consultations, bookings, or revenue. Any case studies, metrics, or examples we share describe visibility, search, or marketing outcomes — not a promise that we will deliver a specific number of patients or customers to your practice.

Patient and customer volume depends on your credentials, service quality, pricing, location, competition, and many factors outside our control. Our responsibility is to present your business accurately and competitively online — not to supply demand.

ZeroAI Lab works to improve your online discoverability across Google Search, Google Maps, AI Overviews, and generative AI platforms. We do not guarantee specific search ranking positions.

Final search rankings are determined by Google and other platforms using hundreds of signals, including factors outside our control — most significantly, the quality and competency of your actual business, the depth of your content, your review velocity, and how well your business answers the queries patients and customers search for.

We can optimise your presence and signals to the highest standard; we cannot substitute for genuine business quality or experience. A clinic with strong real-world credentials will always outperform one without, over time.

What we commit to: principled, up-to-date optimisation across all channels, transparent monthly reporting, and continuous improvement as platforms evolve.

ZeroAI Lab builds and optimises websites exclusively on Next.js. This is a deliberate technical decision: Next.js provides the performance characteristics, structured data capabilities, and rendering control required for the level of SEO, AEO, and GEO work we deliver.

If your clinic or business already has a website on a different platform (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom PHP, etc.), you have two options:

(a) Migrate the site to Next.js yourself, through a third-party developer, or by commissioning ZeroAI Lab to rebuild it. (b) Engage ZeroAI Lab for Google Business Profile and content optimisation only, without website work, on the understanding that results will be more limited without a properly built Next.js foundation.

We do not work on existing non-Next.js sites. This requirement is non-negotiable.

ZeroAI Lab does not work with two directly competing businesses in the same specialty and same geographic area unless both have a clear, demonstrable differentiator that separates their patient or customer base (e.g., different specialisations, significantly different service models, or different target demographics).

When you engage ZeroAI Lab, we will not take on a direct competitor in your area and specialty for the duration of our active engagement.

If a conflict of interest arises after engagement starts, we will notify both parties and work to resolve it through differentiation or, if not resolvable, by allowing the newer client to seek services elsewhere.

ZeroAI Lab will not work with businesses involved in unethical, illegal, or harmful practices. This includes but is not limited to: fraudulent medical claims, unlicensed medical practice, businesses facilitating or connected to exploitation, and any business operating in violation of Pakistani or international law.

If, at any point during our engagement, ZeroAI Lab discovers or is made aware that a client's business is involved in unethical or illegal practices, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately and without prior notice. All ongoing work will cease upon termination.

The client may appeal this termination within 10 calendar days of notification by submitting a written explanation to team@zeroailab.com. Appeals will be reviewed and a final decision issued within 7 business days. The decision of ZeroAI Lab following the appeal process is final.

No refund will be issued for the current billing period at the time of termination under this clause.

ZeroAI Lab's starting price is Rs. 10,000/month for a single-service engagement (e.g., Google Business Profile optimisation only). This entry-level pricing does not include bundled packages.

Full digital presence engagements — covering website, Google Business Profile, SEO, AEO, and GEO — are scoped and priced individually based on your specialty, city, competition, and current online presence. A clear, itemised proposal is provided at no cost following the free consultation.

All pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no hidden fees. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in unless otherwise agreed.

Optional managed hosting is available from Rs. 7,500 per month. Sites we host run on Vercel Pro, which permits commercial client hosting — avoiding the compliance and suspension risks associated with free or hobby tiers — and scales automatically so performance does not degrade under increased traffic. Hosting includes minor site updates twice per month.

Domain registration from Rs. 5,000 per year. Domain email from Rs. 600 per month per user (5 GB mail storage); final email pricing depends on the provider.

All content on the ZeroAI Lab website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ZeroAI Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client engagements: upon full payment of any outstanding invoices, clients retain ownership of custom content, website code, and materials produced specifically for them under the engagement. Strategy documents, templates, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of ZeroAI Lab.

We treat all client business information, patient data, search data, and commercial details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by applicable law. Specific confidentiality obligations may be formalised in a separate NDA upon request.

ZeroAI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of patients, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Clients under active engagements will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
