ZeroAI Lab offers educational, remote-based internship programs focused on artificial intelligence and software development. These programs are strictly for learning purposes and do not constitute employment, freelance engagement, or offer any monetary compensation.

Participation does not create any obligation of employment or continued collaboration, and we make no guarantees regarding job placement or outcomes.

3. Admission and Participation

Admission into any program is subject to our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Participants are expected to remain responsive, actively complete assigned projects, and follow all guidelines. We are not obligated to provide individualized feedback, mentorship, or support.

Failure to meet expectations, inactivity, or any form of non-cooperation may lead to removal from the program.

4. Termination Rights

ZeroAI Lab reserves the unconditional right to terminate, suspend, or refuse service to any participant at any point, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason at all.

Termination may result in the immediate revocation of access to platforms, projects, certificates, and communication channels. No refunds, explanations, or appeals will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials shared by ZeroAI Lab remain our exclusive intellectual property. Any projects or submissions made during the internship may be used for review, internal training, research, or marketing purposes without additional permissions.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Certificates and Outcomes

Certificates of completion may be issued solely at our discretion based on the successful fulfillment of all required tasks within the stipulated time. Issuance is not automatic and may be withheld for any reason, including performance concerns or program violations.

We do not guarantee any future opportunity, placement, or recognition from third parties based on your participation or certification.

7. Payments and Financial Aid

Where applicable, payment obligations must be fulfilled accurately and in full. All payments are non-refundable unless stated explicitly. Financial aid decisions are discretionary and non-negotiable.

ZeroAI Lab reserves the right to withdraw or change any financial aid or pricing terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroAI Lab shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

You agree to participate at your own risk and release us from any legal or financial claims related to your experience with us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
